After the diagnosis, you either sit or lay during the procedure, according to the location of the acupoints or region of your body to be incorporated in the treatment. However, if you only prefer herbal prescriptions and no acupunture, moxibustion, cupping, or gua sha, then I will simply order the herbs and have them delivered to you with instruction.

Acupuncture

Herbs synergize when properly formulated.
Individually, herbs have several different therapeutic effects. When several herbs that share a specific action are combined, 1 plus 1 becomes 3.
Again individual herbs have several different actions. Rather than quickly choosing an herb from the list that treats your condition, it is better therapy to be wise and note the other actions as well, and find an herb that treats your condition but also addresses other features you as an individual are exhibiting. More encompassing!

Cupping
A suction cup is placed on your skin (usually your back). As the pump removes the air from the cup, your flesh responds to the negative pressure by rising up within the border of the cup. Like a hickey, blood rises to the skin level. Simply put, this promotes blood to move and circulate.
